Unilink Teleservices India Pvt. Ltd. under SARFAESI Act 2002. 1. For participating in the bid, the intending bidders should submit their Tender in the prescribed format in a sealed cover along with the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) by way of Bankers’ Cheque/Demand Draft favouring ASREC (India) Ltd, payable at Mumbai addressed to ASREC (India) Ltd. at above mentioned address. 2. The intending bidders are requested to submit separate tenders for properties mentioned at (A) and (B) above. Also, separate tenders for each separate lot mentioned in (A) in separate cover mentioning thereon the lot No. [viz. 1, 2(a), 2(b), 2(c), 2(d), 2(e) ] for which the bid is submitted. 3. The Tenders received without EMD, bids below reserve price or conditional bids will be rejected summarily. 4. The tender alongwith EMD as mentioned above shall be submitted to ASREC (India) Ltd., Mumbai at the address mentioned above on or before 21.01.2013 till 5.00 P.M. 6. Tenders once submitted to the Authorised Officer cannot be allowed to be withdrawn. 7. The EMD of the unsuccessful bidder will be refunded immediately on conclusion of the auction without interest. 8. Inter-se bidding will also be conducted at the same time amongst the bidders who have submitted their tenders to raise the bid price over and above the highest bid price and the property to be sold to the highest bidder who will be declared to be successful bidder. The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the bid amount (less EMD) within 48 hours on the sale being confirmed in his/her favour and balance money within 15 days from the date of sale. 9. In default of any payment of the amounts referred to above within the time stipulated, the sale will stand automatically cancelled and all money including EMD amount deposited shall be forfeited. 10. The purchaser shall bear all the charges/fee payable for conveyance such as stamp duty, registration fee etc. as applicable as per law. Transfer fees, unpaid electricity charges, Municipal taxes, Sales tax, shall also be borne by the purchaser separately. 11. The particulars given by the Authorised Officer are stated to the best of his knowledge and records and hence will not be responsible for error/misstatement/ omission. Thus, it is advised that the bidders should make their own enquiries regarding any statutory liabilities, arrears of property tax, electricity dues, etc. of the property concerned by themselves before participating in the sale. 12. The Authorised Officer has the absolute right to accept or reject the bid or adjourn/postpone/ cancel the tender without assigning any reason thereof and also to modify any terms and conditions of this sale without prior notice. 13.
