2017 Spectator Parking Information
The tournament organizers highly recommend that you input the appropriate parking lot address into your GPS or
mobile phone to ensure you arrive at the correct parking destination.
THERE IS NO ON-SITE PARKING AT EAGLE POINT GOLF CLUB
• Tournament authorized shuttles will be the ONLY shuttle service with access past the traffic circle on Porters Neck Road and
the main tournament entrance to the Wells Fargo Championship.
• There is no public parking available along Market Street, Porters Neck Road and Futch Creek Road. Porters Neck Road will
be closed from Champ Davis Road to Bald Eagle Lane for thru traffic during tournament week.
General Spectator Parking (Monday, May 1 - Sunday, May 7)

The tournament’s main parking for general spectators will be located at the Hampstead, NC “Spot Festival” property located
at 14121 US-17, Hampstead, NC 28441. This property is the site of the NC Spot Festival held annually in the fall. Designated
tournament shuttles will run from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday of tournament week.
Downtown Shuttle Service (Monday, May 1 - Sunday, May 7)
The Wells Fargo Championship will provide shuttle service from an area designated as the City of Wilmington Transportation
Hub. This shuttle site is at the transportation hub located downtown Wilmington, on the south side of Harnett Street
between North 3rd and North Front streets. The tournament does not control pricing or availability in ANY parking lots that
surround this property or other parking facilities in the downtown area. Designated tournament shuttles will run from 6:00 a.m.
until 9:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday of tournament week.
Handicapped Parking (Monday, May 1 - Sunday, May 7)
Lowe’s Home Improvement

Parking for those with special needs will be located in a “reserved” area of Lowe’s Home Improvement at 191 Porters Neck Road
during tournament week. Patrons must apply for access to our Handicapped Parking lot.
Please visit wellsfargochampionship.com/handicappedparking to fill out an application. The tournament will provide properly
equipped shuttles designed specifically for the transportation needs of these special needs guests.
Rideshare Options (Monday, May 1 - Sunday, May 7)
For fans using Uber, Lyft or other rideshare companies including taxi and limo services, these providers MUST proceed to the
tournament’s general spectator parking lot in Hampstead or the transportation hub located in downtown Wilmington for
drop-off and pick-up. These are the only locations rideshare users will be able to access the tournament. There is NO drop-off
location for rideshare users in the Market Street/Porters Neck Road area.

Mobile Device Policy
Tickets
The following information outlines the proper usage of Mobile
Devices at the Wells Fargo Championship. Our goal is to enhance
the spectator experience while preserving the integrity of the
competition. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Please remember all sales are final, no refunds. Tickets cannot be
exchanged or replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Tickets
cannot be resold. Children 12 and under are admitted free with
grounds access when accompanied by an adult ticket holder (one
child per adult). This excludes the Ocean Club. All guests two years
and older require an Ocean Club ticket.
• All electronic devices must be set to SILENT at all times.
• Calls only permitted in designated Cell Phone Zones.
See course map for approved areas.
• Texting on course is generally permitted BUT is not permitted
when players are in a position to compete.
• Monday-Wednesday, photos are permitted in all areas.
Thursday - Sunday: photos are permitted with the exception
of competition areas. Photography of players as they execute
a shot within any competition area is NOT permitted.
• No video recording permitted anytime, Monday-Sunday.
• Failure to adhere to the Mobile Device Policy
may result in the confiscation of your mobile
device or removal from the tournament.

The following items are prohibited at the Wells Fargo Championship.

Will-Call
There are two authorized tournament Will-Call locations. The Main WillCall is located next to the Belk Department Store at 980 Inspiration
Way in the Mayfaire Town Center. A secondary Will-Call, accessible only
to patrons arriving on official tournament shuttles, will be located at the
Tournament Entrance on Porters Neck Road at Eagle Point Golf Club.
Both locations will be clearly marked and will be open from Monday
through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 6:00
a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Fans can purchase tickets or pick-up tickets at either
location. Tickets are not required to board an official tournament shuttle.

Weather
In the event of thunderstorms, lightning or other severe weather,
“Weather Warning” information will be displayed on electronic
scoreboards around the golf course. When these warnings appear,
spectators are advised to take precautions and seek shelter even
before play is suspended. If the siren sounds suspending play, seek
shelter immediately. The electronic scoreboards will keep spectators
advised as to the length of delay of play.
Suggested Attire
Autograph Policy
Appropriate casual golf wear with comfortable walking or golf shoes
(soft spikes only). Spectators should have these items on hand:
windbreaker, hat/visor, sunscreen, sunglasses and umbrella.
During official competitive rounds (Thursday – Sunday), a player
cannot sign autographs after the start of his round until it is complete.
