developer Burrington Estates which
has acquired the nine-storey Zero 4 tower and
renamed it Ocean Crescent.
Work is already underway which will involve
an upgrade to the exterior, plus a complete

areas. There are 98 remaining
apartments, which will be
released to the market in
phases. Each apartment will be
sold following a full refurbishment and will
be offered with the option of full furniture

The building, which is located opposite the
Pavilions and close to the Millbay regeneration
