Nothing too sweaty, so no need to change. Circuits - a 40 minute class aimed at burning fat and using your own body weight to get in shape fast. Perfect for a quick lunchtime workout to get you ready for the weekend. Fitness Yoga - improves flexibility, core stability (balance) and strength through Yoga postures, Pilates exercises and deep stretches without tying yourself in knots! (Includes 10 minutes relaxation). Pilates - Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture. Pump-Fx Conditioning- Using weighted body bars and free weights, this class provides a fun, progressive, complete-body workout to amazing chart and club anthems. Suitable for everyone! Fire up the metabolism and get ready to party in and out of class! Tai Chi – this relaxing class will encourage you to let go of stress and become more aware of your own body. The focus is on slow, controlled movements, which over time increases flexibility, muscle strength, balance and co-ordination. The gentle stretching and breathing exercises of Qi Gong help improve lung function, increasing energy and reducing stress. Yoga - a series of stretches to increase flexibility and increase strength. Breathing exercises and relaxation complete the class to give an all-round boost to physical and mental wellbeing.
