federation, invites all friends of chess to Říčany to an open chess tournament held on
26. 8. – 2. 9. 2017

Tournament Director has the right to limit the number of players in OPEN A
with FIDE ELO lower than 1750.
Entry Fee:
OPEN A: 850 CZK, players above FIDE ELO 2300: 0 CZK, players above
FIDE ELO 2200: 500 CZK, players under FIDE ELO 1750: 1200 CZK, under
FIDE ELO 1650: 1 500 CZK.
Winners of club championships of Central Bohemian Region for year 2016,
whose results were included in the National Rating calculation, are entitled to
a discount of 100 CZK.
OPEN B: 750 CZK
Entry fee is to be paid until 22. 8. via bank transfer to account
2900575300/2010. Please add the player’s name in the description and
date of birth as identifier (variable symbol). Upon agreement, the entry
fee may be paid in person at the beginning of the tournament.
Non-active players as of the date of the beginning of the tournament,
according to the database of the Chess Federation, will be charged an
additional fee + 150 CZK in both tournaments!

Accommodation available in Penzion Kozel, 10 min. from the venue. Prices
available upon request.
The application deadline must be met in order to book accommodation.
50 % of the accommodation must be prepaid when registering for the
tournament. Book accommodation at the Tournament Director.

If a player does not collect his price during the closing ceremony, the price is
left to the organizer.
If a player does not collect his price from the Regional Championship during
the closing ceremony, the price is left to the Regional Chess Federation.
The Tournament Director has the right to reject an application from a player
with whom he had unacceptable experience in the previous years.
Player that did not come to the last round last year without previous notice to
the arbiter will pay a deposit of 1.000 CZK that will be returned at the end of
the tournament in case no further problems occur.
