CCSLLC Law Enforcement Victim Assistance Management System The Victims’ Advocate Partner Software ‘LE-DEMO VIDEO’ ENTER ADVOCATE INFORMATION (TABLES): The Victim Advocate Information screen allows you to add all of the information pertaining to the services that you offer. These fields are defined on the screens with drop down arrows in all input screens. Button called “Advocate” enters all Victim Advocates, Volunteers. Button called ‘Services We Provide’ enters all the types of services you provide your clients. Button called “Agency” enters refers to and from agencies, Community Presentations locations. Button called “Case Status” enters court trial status with descriptions and dates. Button called “Victimization’ enters all the types of crime for your agency. Button called ‘Expunge Case” applies (XXXX’s) in data incriminating fields: Suspect/Client, Abuser, CoDefendant’s cases. Apply a ‘check’ on each case# record that requires expunged Button called "Customer Recommendations and Notes" allows the user to make notes of problems or enhancements that later can be forwarded to CCSLLC for future modifications or considerations. (Double Click Button) "See Report Menu for list of instructions" Preview Information – allows the user to view recommendation sheet and comments entered by the user. PREVIEW CLIENT LISTING: This screen will list all entered clients in alphabetical order by ‘LAST NAME, FIRST NAME’. This is helpful in finding if you have already entered a client in the application. Once you have located a client in this screen you may click on the Client and Case Info button to take you to that client’s record. CLIENT AND CASE INFORMATION: (ENTER OR VIEW CLIENT INFORMATION / MAIN MENU) As you may notice this is the client’s demographic information collected at the interview and information collected from the case incident report. Search for Case Documents (now paper-less) These documents are PDF folders with image copies of incident report, warrants, order of protection, etc. These documents are created thru scanning and naming the documents with a case number. With Microsoft Word you also may create PDFs files and upload to the PDF search folder. View Client Case Documents (now paper-less) Now you have selected the documents from ‘search case documents’ and ‘saved selected documents to case’ now you may view all documents anytime based on your needs whether it’s for court or just the need of the information for this client. All the information is now at your finger tips by client and case (unlimited cases per client). CASE SERVICES PROVIDED: Case services are the services provided by the victim’s advocate as defined with time and place given, also the total time spent giving these services. The services are unlimited by case and client with a ’preview services’ report shown on the case information screen. The report shows the earliest to latest service given. PREVIEW ABUSER LISTING: (with their victim’s name) The preview from the main menu allow the advocate to search for the abuser/suspect and view his or hers information. This preview allows the advocate to recognize same abuser with different victims. MENU II: a. Query Menu b. Client Training and Education/ Abuser Training and Education This screen allows the advocate to keep track of client and abuser training. c. School and Community Presentations This screen allows the advocate to keep track of their presentations whether it’s with the school or within the community. 2 ‘LE-DEMO VIDEO’ d. Advocate Training and Education This screen allows the advocate to keep track of her own training and education. e. Volunteer Information Tracks volunteer services and hours. f. Letter Master Information This screen is the master when recording (16) letter types and descriptions. g. Client Case Notification Preview REPORTS: a. Preview all reports. b. Preview only the favorite reports. Favorite reports are ‘tagged’ from the preview of all reports now showing on the favorite report listing. Favorite reports are your chosen reports that are needed more often than others. c. Preview listings of both favorite and all reports. The preview listings are categorized by type; client, case, services, abuser/suspect, etc. Note: A Biggie when it comes to statistical reports: this upgrade provides a preview list of all the reports listed on ‘Report Menu, Report Menu II, Report Menu III, Victim Services Menu and Additional Victimization Menu’ and this preview allows the advocate to select the agencies favorite reports ‘most used reports’ and these most used reports will show under the command button ‘Our Favorite Report Preview’ in addition you have the ability to sequence the listing order of the reports and a section to abbreviate who should receive the report, now showing on your favorite report preview. ‘A REAL TIME SAVER’ Note: There is a ‘Pause’ button that may be used during the showing to further answer any questions.
