ALPINE Eco Building: A Cross-Border Initiative
Public and intermediary partners from Carinthia and Italy set an initiative for
sustainable building in their regions. To meet the current bottlenecks respectively
the relevant EU directives the project fosters an IT-based, tailor-made training tool
