The Different PowerPoint Views
• The Normal view is the default
view in PowerPoint. All slide
editing is performed in this view.
• The Slide Sorter view displays all
slides in your presentation as
thumbnails.
• The Slide Show view allows you to
view your presentation as a slide
show.
• The Notes Page view displays how
notes pages will print.

Toolbars
PowerPoint has 13 toolbars including the Task
Pane. By default, the Standard, Formatting, and

Getting Help
The Ask a Question Box allows
you to type in key words relevant
to the topic with which you would
like help.
The Office Assistant watches what
