INFORMATION SHEET STRATEGO A new business intelligence tool for microfinance Stratego is a business intelligence tool designed to improve the strategic decision making of managers by enabling them to make better use of available data in order to improve their knowledge of their organization. Using the latest technologies, Stratego is a highly effective tool that is flexible, secure and easy to use. It monitors financial institution progress and can be used to compare several institutions or several periods in relation to targets set. By using Stratego, managers are able to analyze the profitability and performance of their institution, track trends, target areas of operational inefficiencies and make improvements. Stratego extracts data directly from the SAF database, reducing effort, delay and potential error. The system is based on a web interface and makes it possible to go beyond predefined reports with dynamic data mining.
