Theory of Action for 2015-16

TITLE I THEORY OF ACTION FOR 2015-2016
IF our children are getting a daily double dose ( one in the classroom, one
with reading teacher) at their instructional level,
AND
IF we remain faithful to the Fountas & Pinnell Leveled Literacy
Intervention (LLI), Soar to Success, and or Reading Recovery (5 times per
week, minimum missed lessons, etc.,
AND
IF we improve communication with parents to stress the importance of
daily reading at home with their children,
THEN
By the end of the year (May 2016) 70% of the Title I/Reading Recovery
students will reach grade level on the Fountas & Pinnell Benchmark
Assessment.
