Following excellent recruitment into our Post 16 Biology course we are looking expand our team
and appoint inspirational, highly motivated Teachers of Science with a real passion and determination
to make a significant difference to our students’ lives.
These posts can be adapted for a range of experience levels. For those considering middle leadership
there is the opportunity to join the innovative science leadership team, however, we also welcome
applications from NQTs.
Science is of central importance to our progress as a school and is taught in state of the art facilities.
We are looking for someone with excellent subject knowledge ideally in Biology and will have shown
the abilities and skills to engage, enthuse and challenge learners of all levels.
The experience and ability to teach outstanding KS3, Triple, Additional and Core Science is essential
and we can offer the unique opportunity to teach the world renowned International Baccalaureate
(IB). The IB programme of study is a demanding but enlightening science course that inspires
learners to a love of Biological Systems.
The successful applicants will be joining a highly supportive, collaborative and passionate Science
team, within which will be opportunities to develop their own leadership.
The post is suitable for a range of experience with bespoke training provided to all staff.
