However, UNICEF reserves the right to reject any bid and withdraw the item from selling if the received offers are unsatisfactory as compared to the free-market offer/demand for identical products in similar technical condition. Upon notification, the successful bidder must pay within seven (7) working days the purchase price in cash or bank transfer to the UNICEF Romania. Bank details will be provided to the highest bidder. Payment should be made in RON. Should the successful bidder fail to arrange payment within seven (7) working days, the products will be offered to the second highest bidder (if the level of the second offer is satisfactory to UNICEF).
