Established in 1976, Sermatech has in 40 years grown
from a mechanical design and manufacturing company
to a complete solution provider, employing more than 70
professionals. Our wide range of long-term customer relationships testifies of the confidence in our expertise.
An important step for future growth of Sermatech Group
took place in 2015, when Sermatech Group acquired an
automation business unit in an asset deal. With the new
unit, we can provide our customers with deliveries on a
turn-key basis. We offer our customers a complete chain of
delivery of a machine, equipment, or complete production
lines from the first preliminary design to the end, including
training, product support and maintenance.
Despite the growth, Sermatech Group does not rest on
its laurels. We train our employees for constant improvement and create our services on modular basis to meet
the demands of today’s industry. Robots, vision systems,
accurate measurements as well as industrial internet
play a strong role in our product development. Our vision
is set for future industrial needs, in Finland and around
the world. Together with our customers, we continue our
development.

Sermatech Group’s offices are located in Ulvila, Rauma,
Turku, and our subsidiary offices in Heinola and
Kirkkonummi. Our range of services include mechanical and electrical design, manufacturing and installation
services, deliveries on turn-key basis, production lines and
cells, as well as special purpose machinery and equipment.

In turn-key deliveries, we take
responsibility for the entire project
We supply our customers with high-quality and productivity-enhancing systems on a turn-key basis. All our operation
is based on the customer’s needs, cost-efficient operation,
agreed delivery schedule and high level of quality.
Turn-key deliveries also include FAT test
to the customer’s machine, equipment,
production cell or line. The production
equipment is first assembled at our
factory, where we complete testing and
pre-production with it on behalf of the
customer. This is how we assure that
the production equipment is ready for
production immediately after installation.

production cell was designed, produced and successfully
tested in our own facilities in Ulvila before it was delivered
to a customer abroad for commissioning.
