The goal is to discuss possible sustainable mechanisms of better identifying and
addressing the needs of user communities vis-a-vis HPC service providers such as PRACE and
LinkSCEEM with the aim to ensure the maximum scientific benefits from investments in HPC
resources and HPC services provided
