install your pre-purchased licences.
4. On the landing page, please enter the below information and click Create.
a. Host Name (Company Name)
b. Username / Password
c. Pricing Tier – You can choose from A1, A2 Standard, A2 Basic, based on the machine
configuration you would like to purchase.

5. You will now be directed to the Legal Terms & Policies Page, Please review the policies and
click Buy.
This process could 10- 15 minutes based on your connection speed. You can view the status of
your VM creation on the extreme right of the screen. You can also view the progress by clicking on
Notifications on the left navigation bar)

6 Once the purchase / creation is successful, you will be directed to the below screen where you
can view the DNS name and other relevant information. You can also click on the notification
panel to see confirmation messages.

Please copy the displayed DNS Name into a new browser window. On the landing page, you
will be asked to enter the below information and click Save.
a. URL (your company name): hanuinsight.com would automatically be added to the
end
b. Primary Contact
c. Enrolment Numbers
d. EA Start Date : Date on which the purchase was made
e. EA Committed Amount
f. Currency: We support all currencies
g. Is Rate Card Applicable (Yes/No): This applies to only those companies whose
enrolment is a public sector enrolment (companies who purchased the enrolment
from a reseller). If you have, please select Yes
h. Upload Rate Card: If you have selected Yes for the above field, you will required to
upload your rate card (excel file) which will allow us to calculate your monthly
billing.

How to locate the Enrolment Number:
1. Please login to EA portal.
2. On the landing page, please click on “Manage”.
3. Once on the Manage page, you can locate the Enrolment Number, as displayed in the below

Once you’re logged into to the EA portal, please click on “Reports” tab on the left hand side.
Click on “Download Usage” at the top of the page.
Now, click and select the value next to “Primary Key”.
Copy this alphanumeric value, which is your API key.
Once you have done so, you would now be able to complete the self on-boarding process without
any issues.

After saving the configuration settings, you will be directed to the below screen confirming the

Please allow for 24 hours so that Hanu can configure the information at the backend. Once we

machine you have created.
