JUMBO HOLD’EM JACKPOT
OFFICIAL RULES
1. Property specific Poker Room Rules apply where applicable.
2. Jumbo Jackpot Promotion Official Rules apply where applicable.
3.The Jumbo Hold’em Jackpot is available twenty four (24) hours per
day, seven (7) days per week to all active live action Texas Hold’em
players in any Station Casinos Poker Room.
4.The progressive Jumbo Hold’em Jackpot reset amount will be
$75,000.
5.The progressive Jumbo Hold’em Jackpot amount will increase daily at
12:00:00pm.
6.The amount increase will be no less than 1.00% and no more than
10.00% of the previous gaming day’s total Jackpot drop for all Station
Casinos’ Poker Rooms.
7. There is no maximum amount of the progressive jackpot.
8.The qualifying hand for the Jumbo Hold’em Jackpot is Aces full of
Jacks.
9.When the posted Jumbo Hold’em Jackpot amount is less than
$100,000.00, the qualifying hand, or better, must be beat by a
Four‑of-a-Kind or better on the flop in order to qualify as a Jumbo
Hold’em Jackpot. The flop is considered the first three (3) cards on the
community board.
10.When the posted Jumbo Hold’em Jackpot amount is equal to, or
greater than $100,000.00, the qualifying hand, or better, may be
beat by Four-of-a-Kind at any point in the hand to qualify as a Jumbo
Hold’em Jackpot.
11.When the qualifying hand, or better, is beaten in accordance with rules
9 and 10, the following payouts will occur:
a. The loser of the hand will receive 40% of the posted jackpot
b. The winner of the hand will receive 25% of the posted jackpot
c.3% will be divided evenly amongst the player’s at the table at
which the jackpot hit
d.The remaining 32% will be divided evenly amongst all active
live Texas Hold’em players in all Station Casinos’ Poker Rooms.
The winner and loser of the jackpot activating hand, as well
as the players at the winning table, are entitled to this player’s
share
12.In the event that multiple hands qualify as a Jumbo Hold’em Jackpot
in accordance with rules 9 and 10, the following payouts will occur:
a. With three qualifying hands:
i.The winner of the hand will receive 15% of the posted
jackpot
ii.The higher of the two losing hands will receive 30% of the
posted jackpot
iii.The lesser of the two losing hands will receive 20% of the
posted jackpot
iv.3% will be divided evenly amongst the player’s at the table
at which the jackpot hit
v.The remaining 32% will be divided evenly amongst all
active live Texas Hold’em players in all Station Casinos’
Poker Rooms. The winner and loser of the jackpot
activating hand, as well as the players at the winning table,
are entitled to this player’s share
b. With four qualifying hands:
i.The winner of the hand will receive 10% of the posted
jackpot
ii.The higher of the three losing hands will receive 30% of
the posted jackpot
iii.The second highest losing hand will receive 15% of the
posted jackpot
iv.The lesser of the three losing hands will receive 10% of the
posted jackpot
v.3% will be divided evenly amongst the player’s at the table
at which the jackpot hit
vi.The remaining 32% will be divided evenly amongst all
active live Texas Hold’em players in all Station Casinos’
Poker Rooms. The winner and loser of the jackpot
activating hand, as well as the players at the winning table,
are entitled to this player’s share
13.Any money won as a winner’s share, loser’s share, or player’s share
from the Jumbo Hold’em Jackpot may be taken out of play, or left in
play at the player’s discretion as long as all table stakes and rules for
the game are met. Once play resumes, however, all money on the table
must remain in play.
14.All payouts will be made in chips. All winners must sign the winners
form and provide proper ID to receive the payout.
15.Discussion of hands during the play by players, at the discretion of
Management, may void a Jumbo Hold’em Jackpot.
16.Jumbo Hold’em Jackpot will not be paid in conjunction with any other
bad beat jackpot or promotional payout unless stated otherwise. If
a hand qualifies for both the Jumbo Hold’em Jackpot and another
promotion or bad beat jackpot, the winning players will be awarded
the highest payout possible.
17.In the event that the flop, turn, and river are requested or required to
be run multiple times during a single hand:
a.The flop, turn, and river of one of the multiple boards must
remain consistent had the hand been played with a single
board
b.Only the original board described in rule 18a will be eligible for
the Jumbo Hold’em Jackpot
c.The JACKPOT rake will remain unchanged regardless of the
number of boards being played.
18.Station Casinos Employees are eligible to win Jumbo Hold’em Jackpot
when not on the clock at the time the hand is dealt. Any Station
Casinos Employees on the clock:
a.May be awarded any player’s share for which he or she
qualifies
b.May NOT be awarded a winner’s or loser’s share. Any winner’s
share or loser’s share for which the employee qualifies will
be added to the player’s share pool prior to the division of
monies. The employee and all other active players will get the
player’s share based upon this new amount. The other player
involved in the jackpot activating hand will be awarded the
standard payout.
19.Management reserves all rights including modifying or canceling this
promotion at its sole and absolute discretion.
20.STN and any of its affiliated companies may exclude or disqualify
anyone from participating in this promotion for any or no reason, at its
sole and absolute discretion.
21.Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these
rules and that decision shall be final and binding for all participants in
this promotion.
22.Any and all applicable taxes required relating to the winning of any
of the above described prizes is the sole responsibility of the winner.
Participants who have cumulative winnings over $600 for the year will
receive a 1099. Social security number is required, per IRS for winnings
equal to or greater than $100. (Refer to http://www.irs.gov for details).
23.Participants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and present
proper identification to be eligible for this promotion.
24.By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by
these official rules and the decisions of management.
