Business presentation skills are crucial to the business success of the individual. For success, the
presentation of an idea or an offer is at least as important as the idea, or offer itself. Nevertheless, for a
very small number of business presentations that are happening every day in business life, we can say
that manage to avoid the 5 cardinal mistakes: the point is unclear, vague utility to the audience,
ambiguous sequence, too detailed and too long duration. Through this seminar, participants will learn
about the key principles of a successful business presentation.
Seminar goal is the development and improving of business and sales presentation and oratory skills,
knowledge and competences that are vital for successful business and sales presentation in technical
industries. Through this seminar, participants will learn key competencies that modern presenter must
have – and techniques for mastering them, practical steps for developing their own skills. The training
leader will pay special attention to the psychological and practical aspects of business presentations and
oratory skills applied to concrete business situations.
The workshop covers all important aspects of a business presentation, structure, flow, visuals, art of
public speaking, influence and persuasion.
Who is the seminar for: Seminar is designed for experts and managers of all levels in
technical industries and all others who want to develop their presentation skills
Duration
The duration of the seminar is 16 hours in two days.
Seminar Outline:

HCS - Helping Clients Succeed according to the method of Mahan Khalsa; presentation,

Classical structure of the persuasive speech (the opening figures, argumentation, effective
completion)

The structure of the sales and business presentations

Phraseology, emotionalization, uncomfortable questions, provocations, "Devil's Advocate"

Body language, speech and facial expressions, paraverbal communication

After attending the seminar, participants will be trained

To describe and explain successful models and business presentation and oratory

To analyse, identify, detect and assess the correct and incorrect actions (errors) that occur in the
business presentation and oratory and how to avoid typical mistakes

To apply successful models and principles of business presentations and oratory

To build synthetically their own business presentation and oratory style
Method
The training is organized in the form of workshops that are primarily oriented to experiential learning
of the necessary skills. Our workshops are characterised by dynamic, interactive work with plenty of
exercises that enable our participants to experience and practice directly the use of necessary skills.
Besides that, during training, participants are constantly provided by feedback from the trainer.
Participants are divided into teams of three or four that compete to each other. They are also
constantly encouraged to exchange their experiences with their colleagues.
