Job Description / Main Responsibilities:
The Delivery Manager leads a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled digital team focussed on the development,
delivery and support of ONS products that meet the GDS Service Standard.
Is adept at delivering complex digital projects, breaking down barriers for the team, and both planning at a
higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.
The main responsibilities of the post are:






Leading the Business adoption of products using agile methodologies, learning & iterating
frequently
Work with other Delivery Managers and Product Owners to define the roadmap for the product
and facilitate the breaking down of requirements to enable the translation of this roadmap into
user stories
Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritising the work with other Delivery
Managers and the Product Owner, against the capacity and capability of the team
Leading, managing and coaching, setting guidelines and principles
Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality to engage the Business and ensure
their wide-spread adoption
