BY REGISTERING FOR AND ENTERING THIS CONTEST, YOU FULLY AND
UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO
NOT REGISTER FOR THIS CONTEST AND DO NOT SUBMIT AN ENTRY.
ELIGIBILITY: Eligible Greater China regions are China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
The "Cisco Services Game Show" ("Game") is sponsored by Cisco Systems, Inc. ("Sponsor" or
“Cisco”). This Game is only open and offered to employees of Cisco Registered, Premier, Silver, Gold,
or Select Certified Partners purchasing from an authorized Cisco Distributor, and employees of
authorized Cisco Distributors in the aforementioned eligible countries (“Entrants”). Entrants can play
as often as they want. The Contest is not open to: (1) employees or internally contracted vendors of
Cisco and its affiliates; (2) the immediate family members or members of the same household of any
such employee or vendor; (3) anyone professionally involved in the development or administration of
this Contest; (4) employees or internally contracted vendors of governments and governmentaffiliated companies or organizations, or (5) any employee whose employer's guidelines or
regulations or statutory regulations do not allow entry in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize(s).
CONTEST PERIOD: The Cisco Services Game Show contest (the "Contest") begins on April 1, 2012
and ends on June 30, 2012 ("Game Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device for
this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or
suspend the Contest and these Terms and Conditions, for any reason, at any time and without any
liability.
JUDGING CRITERIA: Only correct answers to a quiz will be considered eligible to increase a score
in the Game.
Eligible Game entries received each month will be judged approximately on or within ten (10) days
after the end of that month. In the event of a tie, all tied eligible Entrants will be awarded the three
ranks prizes (assigned in the Sponsor’s sole discretion to eligible entrant) Sponsor provides. Potential
winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon
fulfilling all requirements. Entrants agree to abide by the decisions of the Sponsor or Judge, which are
final and binding in all respects.
1. Monthly Grand Prize: highest scorer of the month (calendar month) will receive an Apple iPhone
4S (16G, Black). If there is more than one highest scorer with the same score, we will do a draw. Only
the person who wins the draw gets the top prize, the others will be moved to the second prize
category. In order to be qualified for the prize, the winner must nominate 2 NET NEW KTN accounts
for engagements and pass at least 1 out of the 10 designated topics from the Cisco Services
Accelerate Program no later than 14 days after receiving the winner notification email, but no earlier
than 30 May 2011.
2. Monthly Large Prize: Second highest 4 scorers of the month (calendar month) will each receive a
Casio edifice watch. Those who spill over from the Grand Prize draw will have priority. If there are
more than 4 second highest scorers with the same score (including those who spills over from the top
prize draw), we will do a draw. Only the persons who win the draw will be awarded the monthly large
prizes. In order to be qualified for the prize, each winner must nominate 2 NET NEW KTN accounts
for engagements and pass at least 1 out of the 10 designated topics from the Cisco Services
Accelerate Program no later than 14 days after receiving the winner notification email, but no earlier
than 30 May 2011.

3. Monthly Early Bird Prize: The first 8 participants who complete the game (calendar month) with
minimum score of 40000 will each receive a Samsung blue tooth headset. If there are more than 8
early birds winners, the highest 8 scorers will be awarded the early bird prizes. If there is a tie on the
scores, we will do a draw. Only the persons who win the draw will be awarded the early bird prizes.
Each participant is entitled to one prize (Grand, Large or Early Bird) only throughout the Game Show
period.
PRIZE REDEMPTION CRITERIA: To redeem the prizes, eligible Entrants are required to nominate
two unique net new customer accounts for conducting a Know the Network (KTN) engagement,
based on collaborative discussion with the appropriate Cisco account representative. A unique net
new customer account is one that has not previously conducted a network inventory collection,
discovery, or assessment using Cisco or third-party tools in the preceding 24 months at the time of
nomination, as validated by the Sponsor in accordance with the Sponsor’s records. The Entrants
agree to abide by the decisions of the Sponsor or Judge which are final and binding in all respects.
Eligible Entrants are also required to pass at least 1 out of the 10 designated topics below from the
Cisco Services Accelerate Program no later than 14 days after receiving the winner notification email,
but no earlier than 30 May 2011.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Except where prohibited by law, potential winners may be required to
execute, sign, and return a Declaration of Eligibility/Publicity and Liability Release within ten (10)
business days of receipt. Sponsor or its authorized contractor will ship or deliver the prize to the
winner. In the event of noncompliance, if the winner cannot be reached through the contact
information provided on winner's entry, the prize notification will be returned as unclaimed or
undeliverable. If the Declaration, if requested, is not signed by the winner and received by Cisco
within the specified timeframe, or the prize is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the prize will be
forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected based on the judging criteria. Cisco has the right to
investigate and verify Entrant eligibility and Entry information, and compliance with these Official
Rules, and to disqualify any Entrant on the basis of its findings. In addition, and without limiting any
other provision in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant (or any of
its officers, director, or employees) that commits any act or does anything that is or shall be an
offense involving moral turpitude under federal, state, or local laws, or which association with such
Entrant could bring Sponsor into public embarrassment, disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule, or
which association insults or offends the community or any substantial organized group thereof, or
which might tend to injure the success of the Game, Cisco, or any Cisco product. Sponsor reserves
the right in its absolute and sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Game.
Without limiting the foregoing, in addition, if for any reason the Game is not capable of running as
planned, including due to fraud, foul play, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, technical
failures, human error, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Game, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole
discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Game. In such event, Sponsor reserves the

right, if feasible, to judge and award prizes as provided herein from among the eligible Entries
received up to the time of the impairment.
Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the
offered Prize with an item of comparable value at any time. Sponsor reserves the immediate right to
disqualify any Entrant who, in Sponsor's sole discretion: (i) is not in compliance with these Official
Rules, (ii) tampers with the entry process, the Game, or the website; or (iii) is acting in an
uncooperative, obstinate, unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, or threatening manner. Any attempt
by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Game may be a violation of
criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek
damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By a submission of Entry, each Entrant grants to Sponsor (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing)
and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor, the right to print, publish, display, broadcast,
and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, the
World Wide Web and the Internet, at any time(s), the Entrant's name, entry information, statements
about the Promotion, Entrant's image, picture, likeness, voice, and biographical information
(collectively "Persona") as news, information and for Sponsor's trade, advertising, or promotional
purposes without additional compensation or review. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of
these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any provision.
TAX CONSIDERATIONS: Winner is solely responsible for any local, provincial, state, federal, or any
other applicable taxes, and any other costs, expenses and fees connected with the prize.
SPONSOR'S RIGHTS TO GAME ENTRIES: By entering, Entrant represents and warrants to
Sponsor that its Entry and all information therein is accurate and truthful to the best of Entrant's
knowledge, and further represents and warrants that the Entry does not contain any confidential or
proprietary information of the Entrant's employer, or any other entity, organization or third party.
Submission of Entry grants Sponsor and its agents the worldwide right in perpetuity to reproduce,
publish, use, edit, adapt, or modify such Entry (including but not limited to the results of Entrant's
participation), in any way, in any and all media, without limitation and without compensation to Entrant.
Submission further constitutes Entrant's consent to assign and transfer irrevocably to Sponsor any
and all rights, title, and interest in and to the Entry and all information therein, including without
limitation, all copyrights. By participating in the Game, Entrant waives the benefit of any provision of
law known as "moral rights" or "droit moral" or any similar or analogous law or decision in any country
of the world.
Entrant hereby agrees not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit
against Sponsor or its affiliates, or any other person, on the grounds that any use of the Entry, or any
derivative works infringe any of Entrant's or any third parties' rights. All elements of all Entries,
including all United States and international copyrights and all other intellectual property rights in the
Entries, shall be owned exclusively by Sponsor. Nothing herein shall constitute an employment, joint
venture, or partnership relationship between Entrant and Sponsor. In no way is Entrant to be
construed as the agent or to be acting as the agent of Sponsor in any respect.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: Personal information (that which identifies the individual and
is submitted in the Entry) will only be used to contact Entrants during the course of the Game or in the
event of potential prize award. However, if Entrant checks the Opt-In box on the Entry, the contact
information provided may be used to contact Entrant in the future regarding Sponsor's offers,
promotions, and advertising. The Entry, and other information, including but not limited to information
collected in the aggregate such as titles and occupations of Entrants, information about participating
organizations and industries, or other information needed to meet the obligations of the Game may be

stored and used by Sponsor in the future pursuant to and in accordance with its privacy policy located
at http://www.cisco.com/web/HK/partners/servicesgame.html
WARRANTY: EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS IMPLIED BY LAW WHICH
CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE QUALITY OR SUITABILITY OF THE PRIZE. Certain
legislation may imply conditions or warranties which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except
to a limited extent. In this event, sponsor's liability is limited to, as its option: (i) the replacement of the
prize or the supply of an equivalent prize;
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: BY ENTERING OR ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE, EACH
ENTRANT AND WINNER AGREES THAT SPONSOR, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES,
ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS AND ALL OF
THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND
AGENTS ("RELEASED PARTIES") WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER NOW OR IN THE
FUTURE, AND WILL BE RELEASED AND HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANT OR WINNER FOR
ANY ALLEGED OR ACTUAL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY KIND OR
NATURE FOR ANY INJURY, LIABILITY, LOSS, OR
DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DISABILITY OR
DEATH) AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY
NOW OR IN THE FUTURE FROM USE OF THE ENTRY, USE OF ENTRANT'S PERSONA, THE
ACCEPTANCE, DELIVERY, MISDELIVERY, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE,
PARTICIPATION IN THIS GAME, OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY CONTEST OR PRIZE-RELATED
ACTIVITY, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF
ONE OR MORE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES.
DISPUTES: Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Game or these Official
Rules, or the breach thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration located in San Jose, California, and
administered by the Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Center for the Americas in accordance
with its rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court
having jurisdiction thereof.
COMPLIANCE WITH GLOBAL ANTI-CORRUPTION LAWS: The purpose of this program is to
enhance the knowledge of Cisco Channel Partners regarding of Cisco technology, products, and
services, and for no other purposes. All program elements, and participation in this program, are
intended to fully conform to the Cisco Global Anti-Corruption Policy for Partners, published at
http://www.cisco.com/web/HK/partners/servicesgame.html or obtained by contacting
[email protected].
NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS: Winners will be contacted directly by email within 10 days of the
close of the monthly Game. Winners will also be published on
http://www.cisco.com/web/HK/partners/servicesgame.html
MISCELLANEOUS: Cisco reserves the right to vary, suspend, or terminate this Game (including
amending these conditions) at any time.
