DEADLINES
There are NO refunds of entry fees. Any entries mailed after deadlines are at the mailer’s risk. NAILE will not be responsible for the delivery of mail or faxes. All phone
conversations are informative only and are not to be considered binding in any litigation or entry acceptance. Acknowledgments will be sent for all entries. DO NOT duplicate entries
by mailing and faxing. PHONE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ONLINE AND FAX entries are only accepted with credit card payment. Entry fees do not dictate stall space.
Exhibitors will receive stalls for animals delivered to the North American International Livestock Exposition.
YOUR ENTRY IS ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: If any damage, loss or injury to person or property shall be caused by reason of any neglect or willful
act of any person, firm, or corporation or their agents, representatives, servants, or employees having license or privilege to exhibit, or occupy any space on the North American International
Livestock Exposition grounds, the North American International Livestock Exposition shall in no manner be responsible therefore, and in case it be subjected to any expense or liability, all
persons causing same, or liable therefore, shall indemnify the NORTH AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL LIVESTOCK EXPOSITION.
