Chapter and Committee ACC Annual Meeting Networking Event Guidelines The ACC Annual Meeting is an excellent opportunity to engage members in networking, both for Annual Meeting Sponsors, Chapters and Committees. For this reason, there has been a tremendous growth of networking events offered to members, often resulting in conflicting events, and limitations in available resources. In an effort to ensure the success of the Annual Meeting and these networking events, ACC has set forth the following guidelines. Associated with the ACC Annual Meeting Any hosted networking event that is conducted on behalf of ACC members during the 2015 ACC Annual Meeting, beginning on Sunday, October 18th at 8 AM and ending Wednesday, October 21st at 5 PM, will be considered associated with the ACC Annual Meeting and subject to these guidelines. Event Sponsorship, Notification, Mailings and Transportation Any sponsor involved in a Chapter or Committee networking event associated with the ACC Annual Meeting, must be an Annual Meeting Sponsor. ACC Annual Meeting sponsors are subject to the guidelines set forth in their Annual Meeting Sponsorship Agreement. Chapters wishing to host an event associated with the ACC Annual Meeting must have their event details approved in advance by ACC’s marketing department ([email protected]) at least 30 days prior to the Annual Meeting. All mailings promoting the event to ACC members must be approved by ACC’s marketing department ([email protected]). ACC does not mail or email invitations except for specific Committee networking events hosted by the committee sponsor as defined in the committee sponsorship agreement. Additionally, ACC does not provide transportation to any networking event. Available Times for ACC Annual Meeting Networking Events Chapters and Committees may not conduct events during the Annual Meeting that conflict with any ACC CLE program, ACC hosted breakfast, lunch or dinner, or during Exhibit Hall times beginning on Sunday, October 18th through Wednesday, October 21st.
