paid two months before arrival. In the event of cancellation (any length of stay) you will be responsible for the
full amount unless your dates are successfully re-let, in which case you will only forfeit the deposit. Holiday
cancellation insurance is recommended. Preferred method of payment is by cheque, credit card or BACS.
