Historical Perspective
 Hatboro-Horsham School District has
operated childcare programs since 1992.
 Forerunner in childcare
 First program was implemented at
Crooked Billet School.
 Schools are a natural setting for
supporting children and families.
Licensed Program by DPW
 District programs are licensed by the
Department of Public Welfare.
 District programs are governed by
Chapter 3270 of the Pennsylvania Code
(193 Regulations)
