Public Comment
Finance Report (Vigil Group) The finance report will consist of an overview of the school’s revenue,
expenditures, overdue invoices, and the overall financial health of the school.
BARS (Action) (Vigil Group) The Budget Adjustment Requests will consist of requested adjustments to the
budget.
Approval of new GC Member (TANM GC) The TANM GC will be voting to approve Annie D’Orazio as a
new member of the TANM Governing Council.
Approval of the 2017-18 Lease (TANM Admin) The TANM Administration is seeking GC approval of the
2017-18 Lease.
Approval of the Executive Director’s Contract for SY2017-18 (Action) (TANM GC) TANM GC will be
voting to approve the Executive Director’s 2017-18 Contract.
Approval of the 2017-18 TANM Student Handbook (Action) (TANM Admin) The TANM Admin is
seeking approval of the 2017-18 TANM Student Handbook.
Approval of the 2017-18 Employee Handbook (Action) (TANM Admin) The school is seeking approval of
the 2017-18 Employee Handbook.
Approval to adopt Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA) Short Cycle Assessment for SY2017-18
(Action) (TANM Admin) The school is seeking GC approval to change its short cycle assessment from
Discovery Education to NWEA.
Report from TANM Foundation (TANM Foundation Board) The TANM Foundation will be giving a report
on facilities and financing.
TANM Administrative Report (TANM Administration/Foundation) The Administrative Report will consist
of the following areas:
a. 2017-18 Lottery/Enrollment
b. Student Achievement/Announcements
c. Miscellaneous
