Friends First win technology
and innovation award
Friends First were delighted to win a FINEOS technology and innovation award which was presented by
the Taoiseach, Enda Kenny, at the FINEOS Global Summit in early October. The award was based on a case
study on the Friends First implementation of the FINEOS claims system and how we have used the product
to streamline the Income Protection claims process and improve our Claims service.
As part of our Income Protection proposition, Friends First has focused on providing a claims experience
that policyholders can take confidence in and utterly rely on. Testament to this is the fact that we achieved
an Overall Satisfaction Rating of 90% in a Claimant Satisfaction Survey undertaken by independent market
research analyst iReach.
The FINEOS Claims system enables Friends First to deliver on its claims philosophy of paying valid claims
for the right amount and for the right duration. It allows us to focus on our key strengths of providing
value-add claims management activities and developing lasting relationships with our clients. It has
also provided us with a platform for the future development of our claims proposition to meet future
requirements
We are committed to maintaining our market-leading and long-standing reputation for Claims Excellence
