Win two tickets for a performance of Sleeping Beauty at Richmond Theatre
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any
other communications. For further information about the event, please visit:

By participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms
and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and
Wales) aged 16 or over except employees of the promoter, their families, agents or
anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Promotional period: The opening date for entries is 10am (GMT) on 2 December
2016 and the closing date for entries is 5pm (GMT) on 16 December 2016.
3. Entry instructions: Participants must like Richmond Council’s Facebook page and
share competition post.
4. This promotion runs for Facebook only.
5. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries
automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Entries will only be
accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
6. A winner will be notified on Tuesday 16 December 2016 by private message
and will be requested to leave their details for prize fulfilment.
7. Prize: Two tickets for performance of Sleeping Beauty at Richmond Theatre at 7pm
on Tuesday 3 January 2017 only.
8. A winner will be selected randomly to ensure there is an equal chance of winning for
everyone.
9. Tickets can be sent to the winner via second class post or they can be collected at:
Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham, TW1 3BZ.
10. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. In the event of any
dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. No cash alternative is offered.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award a
prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the
promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable
grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or
any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or
otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in
the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final
arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will
be entered into in relation this clause.
12. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the
promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or
computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or
the awarding of prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable,
the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these
terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize
the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
13. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final.
