resulting in a Market Viability and Strategic Market Entry Plan (SMEP).

This is priced just to cover labour costs for BDG. The study will include premarket entry research, market potential, profitability, competition,

distribution systems and arrange market visit
and partnership meetings.
A field market visit is arranged and hosted by BDG.

specific needs. You will meet other similar businesses and talking to exporting business owners
similar to your own. These will most likely be, but not
limited to, existing clients of BDG. Where eligible,
BDG can help you secure UK government funding
for this visit, which could be up to £40,000.

Management of US Market Development

continuous monitoring.
