Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. Upon receipt of your registration form,
the group leader will receive a confirmation email along with more detailed event information.
Cancellation, Refund, and No-Show Policy:
A non-refundable 20% deposit is due at the time the registration is made. The Greater
Cleveland Aquarium reserves the right to cancel an overnight event at any time. Should an
overnight be cancelled by the Greater Cleveland Aquarium, you will be informed by phone and
have a chance to reschedule to a different overnight date or you will receive a full refund within
30 days. No refunds will be issued unless Greater Cleveland Aquarium cancels the program.
Any group that does not show up for the overnight will be billed for the full cost of the overnight.
