ISAAC KANU (HND, MBA, ACPM, ACIPM, HRPL)
Mr. Isaac Kanu is Director, Operations and Strategy with JEV Consulting. He
has over 18 years working experience in different sectors of the Nigerian
economy namely; IT, Construction, Printing, Banking and Real Estate.

He is a graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic where he obtained HND in Office Technology and Management.
He holds Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management. He is an Associate of Chartered Institute
of Public Management of Nigeria (IPMN) and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria
(CIPM). He also holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) in Human Resource Management
from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso.
He has participated in a number of projects where he brought to his innovative and managerial skills to
bare. He single-handedly and successfully managed over 100 casual workers employed by Zenith Registrars
during the 2006 public offering of Zenith Bank shares. He also actively participated in the restructuring of
Documentary Credit and Collections Department (DC&C – now Trade Services Dept.) of Zenith Bank Plc
turning the department around from a service laggard to a proficient service and profit center and
successfully worked in the customer care unit responsible for attending to staff enquiries, issues and
challenges with respect to their branch’s customers’ foreign trade transactions.

He also proficiently headed the Palmgrove branch Admin department of Oceanic Bank Int’l Plc where his
exceptional leadership qualities continued to be a reference point to staffs of the branch who worked with
him. He also successfully undertook business process re-engineering of Werkmeister Facility Managers Ltd.
He also served as consultant to NNPC Multipurpose Cooperative where he helped developed and deployed
sound recruitment and selection plan and procedure, HR Policy and procedural manual, employee
orientation plan, Job analysis and evaluation on different job roles, reviewed the Staff Handbook and
developed performance management systems for the company.
He is passionate about quality service delivery. This drive can be seen in all things he lays his hands to do. It
is this drive that led him to form JEV Consulting to be a company that would render quality service in the
area of Human Resource Management and advocacy.

JENNIFER CHINYER SIEDU (BA, Msc, ACIPM, HRBP)
Mrs. Jennifer Chinyere Siedu is a graduate of University of Lagos where she obtained
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Counseling and Psychology and Masters in Measurement and
Evaluation respectively. Jennifer is an associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel
Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and also a Member of Management Trainer of Center
for Management Development (CMD) Lagos.
Before joining JEV Consulting, she had worked with a reputable NGO, Olawale‘Lanre Akinsanmi Foundation
as the Counselor and Human Resource Manager in charge of Training and Empowerment Programme.
She has served as resource person on various trainings of the World Health Organization (WHO) and other
reputable companies in organization behavior and ethics, staff training and development, talent and career
management, decision making in an organization, change management, organizational ethics and corporate
governance , excellent leadership skills etc. she also served as consultant to NNPC Multipurpose
Cooperative to develop HR policy and procedural manual.
She is Director in charge in Training and Development with JEV Consulting.

LILIAN KANU (B.Sc, ACPM)
Mrs. Lilian Kanu has over 7 years of working experience in the banking and
manufacturing sectors of the economy. She worked with Stanbic IBTC Pension
for four years as Head, Business Development unit, of Matori Branch before
moving over to Worldwide Commercial Ventures Ltd where she became Head
of Receipting unit of the Finance department.
She holds B.Sc in Banking and Finance from Lagos State University and is an Associate member Chartered
Institute of Public Management of Nigeria, Chartered (IPMN).
She has distinguished herself in many circumstances where she worked which including being an asset of
the company in fraud detection and mitigation which earned her accolades from her former employer and
many awards. She is a lady of impeccable integrity.
She joined JEV consulting as Finance Director.

EFETOBORE ADEBAYO OMADEVUAE (HND, B.Sc, MBA)
Efetobore Adebayo Omadevuae holds HND in Power Systems, B.SC degree in Business Information
Technology from London South Bank University. He holds a Master of Business Degree (MBA) in Human
Resource Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and a Professional Member of the
British Computer Society. He has a background of successful Systems & Network Support, and has
translated his experiences in these areas into Hardware System integration, Networking Platform design, IT
Strategies & Management, IT Consultancy / Training. His Certifications and Training cuts across HP
hardware Systems & Network Administration, Microsoft® Exchange Server, NAS Network Attached Storage,
Cisco Internetworking, IP routing and Ethernet switching, SAP Business One, Service Management ITIL and
Prince 2 (Project Management). He has over 12 years working experience with likes of Tombak Integrated
Services Ltd, Heirs Technologies Ltd (Standard Trust bank Plc), Interglobal Ltd, Task Systems Ltd (Partners of
HP), and International Tobacco Company.
He is Director in charge of Information Technology with JEV Consulting.

Nwolisa Lovelyn (B.Sc, MBA, ACIPM)
Lovelyn is Director, Recruitment and Outsourcing. She is a graduate of University of Lagos and Nnamdi
Azikiwe University Awka where she obtained Master of International Law and Diplomacy (MILD) and
Bachelor of Arts in International Relations respectively. She has also studied at United Nations Institute of
Training and Research (UNITAR), Geneva and City University London and holds Certifications in
International Negotiation; practical Techniques and Business Plan respectively.
She was an instructor with Landover Aviation Business School for years and holds IATA accreditations too.
She has also trained for several organizations like FAAN, Crystal Consulting, ECOWAS, Nigerian Society of
Engineers etc. she has also facilitated trainings that have the following organizations in attendance, FAAN,
Bicourtney, Arik, Aero Contractors, Shell, Mobil, Caverton, Chanchangi, NAHCO, SAHCOL, Air Nigeria, NDDC,
Institute of Public Management, Royal Exchange, Fin Bank, Fin Insurance, Safetrust Savings and Loans and
so much more.
Lovelyn is an Associate Member of Chartered institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Associate
Member of Nigeria Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) and she is an accredited Management
Trainer of Center for Management Development (CMD) Lagos.

AGBARA, CHARLES CHUKWUMA (OND, B.SC, MBA, ACIPM)
Charles Chukwuma Agbara, was a seasoned Banker with wealth of experience in Human Resources
Management.
He is a graduate of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, where he obtained B.Sc in Accounting. He is an
Associate of Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria (IPMN) and also holds a Master of
Business Administration Degree (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Ladoke Akintola University
of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State.
He has participated in a number of projects such as the Bank Consolidation period where he brought his
innovative ideas and managerial skills to bare. He managed and successfully controlled over 2000 contract
staff employed by Spring Bank Plc and restructured First Spring Franchise Services Limited a subsidiary firm
of defunct Spring Bank Plc.
He joined JEV Consulting as Director, Operations.

Mr. Isaac Kanu is the Manager Director and founder of JEV Consulting. He has over 18 years working
experience in different sectors of the Nigerian economy namely; IT, Construction, Printing, Banking and Real
Estate.
