CCC ONE Workflow – Configurable Workflow combines business
intelligence in a rules engine with your worklist definitions to help
increase efficiency. The rules engine allows you to configure your
workflow by defining business rules. The configurable worklists
provide templates that enable you to define how your team sees
their work by defining the criteria and display options specific to
your workflow.

Workflow helps insurers define
workflow rules to implement auto
approval processes which could help
appraisers gain points in reinspected
claims with the same number of
resources. The Configurable Worklists
and Consolidated Workview can be
utilized to conveniently manage manual
reviews for those claims that are not
‘auto-approved’.
Insurance carriers might fail to capture significant opportunities
due to the expensive resources required to re-inspect claims.
However, not all claims need to be reinspected - low dollar, low
complexity claims can be efficiently auto approved without
sacrificing time and resources unnecessarily. The rules engine
uses carrier-defined business rules to let your staff quickly
focus in on only the claims that have exceptions, helping to
reduce the incidence of manually searching for claims with
exceptions. This can help you resolve claims faster and reduce
loss adjustment expenses.
Rules-Based Intelligent Routing
Intelligent routing in the Configurable Workflow rules engine
aims to distribute work optimally to help you effectively utilize
your workforce. Estimates and assignments can automatically
be routed to the right resources by defining rules using criteria
like claim office location and appraiser type. The system
determines which reinspector gets the next Reinspection
assignment and pushes the assignment to them to minimize
the need for them to pull their own work from a
‘bucket’ worklist.
Improved Workflow Navigation
The rules engine recommends claims for manual review based
on your rules, and configurable worklists logically group
and display the work in the consolidated workview. With
configurable worklists you can determine how your adjusters
and desk-reviewers view and manage their work throughout
the claims lifecycle. Claims display in insurance companydefined worklists inside of a consolidated workview from
which actions can be taken on multiple claims, and you may
implement additional features like ‘Peer View’ to allow easy
access to a co-worker’s claims.
