Time Attack Competition Players: Teams should consist of 4 players, 2 males and 2 females. The players will play in the pairings shown below. 1: Men’s doubles pair; 2: Ladies doubles pair; 3: 1st mixed doubles pair; 4: 2nd mixed doubles pair. Each player will play in one doubles match and one mixed doubles match against another team. Rules: Standard rules of badminton are used; Each game slot is done on a certain time, e.g. 15 minutes – 5 minutes warm up and 10 minutes game play. No extra time should be given for delays. Players will be informed when time is up (use a whistle or buzzer); When time is over ask one player from that match to come to you with the score (which is to be entered on time attack template provided); The aim is for teams to score as many points as possible during the game play period. Therefore, if a side reaches 21 before the time is up, the game does not stop! All points scored from all four pairings in the team will be added together to give each team their cumulative total. The team with the highest cumulative total is the winner.
