COLD CALL - Intro
• Always approach the salon with respect for
the salon owner’s time.
• Salon owners and hair stylists are some of the
hardest working people in the world. They
serve their clients and earn their respect.
• Showing respect for the salon owners time is a
key to successfully working with salons.
COLD CALL - Script
• Sample Cold Call Script
“I can see that you are busy, I only stopped by to
drop off a flyer on the new REVOLUTION INSTANT
FACE LIFT …… yes it really does show a 3 – 5 year
improvement in one application.
Great, because you are busy, I will leave this flyer
and be back next Tuesday. Is it better to schedule
the free demonstration at 10:00 or 11:00? Great,
I’ll see you next Tuesday at 10:00 am.
COLD CALL - Points
• The purpose of the cold call is to set up an
appointment to show a demonstration of the
INSTANT FACT LIFT.
• Be respectful of their time and space.
• Have a simple flyer with you that allows you to
right down the date and time of the Demo
that you are scheduling.
• Be in and out quickly … don’t linger and take
up their time.
DEMONSTRATION to OWNER
• The purpose of the DEMO to the OWNER is to
help the Salon Owner see the immediate and
amazing results of the INSTANT FACE LIFT.
• Invite the Salon Owner along with 2 or 3
others to experience the DEMO at the same
time.
• Make sure that you are prepared with product
to use for the DEMO and with KITS to SELL at
the DEMO.
DEMONSTRATION to OWNER
Most Important Item: ONLY DEMONSTRATE THE
INSTANT FACE LIFT ON ONE SIDE OF THE FACE.
• Begin the demonstration by having all 3 or 4
people sitting down in close proximity.
• Drape a towel or shawl around their neck to
protect their clothing in case something spills.
• It is usually the easiest to demonstrate the
product on the right side of the face.
DEMONSTRATION to OWNER
• Step 1:
Apply a small “nickel size” amount of the CLEANSER to
the back of the persons’ right hand. Ask them to use their left hand
to “dip” into the cleanser and apply it in an upward and outward
direction onto the right side of their face.
• Step 2:
Give the person a damp cloth and have them remove
the cleanser with the damp cloth.
• Step 3:
Apply a “quarter size” amount of the INSTANT FACE
LIFT Masque to the back of their right hand. Have them apply the
masque with moistened fingertips in an upward and outward
direction. Apply along the jawline, moving in an upward and
outward direction to near the ear and hairline area. When applying
under the eyes, apply inward towards the nose. Apply up and out
on the forhead from the eye brow up towards the hairline.
DEMONSTRATION to OWNER
• Step 4:
Allow the masque to dry for 15 – 25 minutes. While
the masque is drying and working, it is an excellent time to talk
about the fabulous results that you have experienced with the
INSTANT FACE LIFT.
– Tell them stories of customers who love the product and it will help
prepare them to buy the product from you. Tell them stories of how
you have seen positive results and the positive results of your other
clients and salons …. This will help them be prepared to buy the
product when you remove the masque.
– Point out the results that you are starting to see on the one side that
has received the INSTANT FACE LIFT application.
– You can always see results along the jaw line, around the mouth, along
the cheek bone, around the eyes and with the eyebrows and forehead.
Point out these results that you are seeing and let them see the results
in each other. It is easier to see results looking straight at someone
else than it is to look in the mirror.
DEMONSTRATION to OWNER
• Step 5:
Talk to the Salon Owner about your unique
program for “helping to make money for salons”
instead of simply trying to “sell packages to salons.”
This is an important difference between the Alive Max
team and other companies that sell products to salons.
• Salon Owners never like talking about money in
front of clients. If clients are receiving the demo
with the salon owner, then save the “money”
conversation until after the demo is over.
• If the demo is with the salon owner and other
stylists, then it is o.k. to talk about the money
involved.
SELLING THE PRODUCT
When demonstrating the INSTANT FACE LIFT, there are many key points that help to close
the sale:
1) Only demonstrate the INSTANT FACE LIFT on one side of the face.
2) While the INSTANT FACE LIFT is drying, talk to the customer about the positive
differences that you can see along their jaw line, around their eyes and around their
mouth. This helps prepare the customer for looking in the mirror when they remove
the INSTANT FACE LIFT.
3) Talk about the discount they receive when they purchase the package “Today”. Talk
about other customers that you have and the positive results that they see.
4) Most importantly, focus on the person who is most exited about the product and
most excited about purchasing the product. Close the sale with that customer and
they will help you close the sale with the other customers.
5) It is important for the Salon Owner to purchase a Set of INSTANT FACE LIFT + the 24k
GOLD ANTI-AGING SERUM at the time of the Demonstration to Owner … so that the
salon owner can tell the customers “I was so amazed at the results that I purchased
the INSTANT FACE LIFT on the spot.” If the salon owner starts inviting customers in for
the REVOLUTION – CLIENT DEMONSTRATION DAY, and they know that the salon
owner purchased the product, they are going to be ready to purchase the product
themselves when they see the results.
Client Demonstration Day
• Make a Flyer that allows people to sign up for the Client Demonstration
Day.
• Help the Salon Owner understand that for every INSTANT FACE LIFT
package that is sold … a % of the profit is going to be paid by you to the
Salon Owner.
• One of the reasons Salon Owners love this idea is that most sales
people try and sell the salon a big package and then let the Salon sell
the product to the customer. With the INSTANT FACE LIFT, you can
actually help the Salon sell the INSTANT FACE LIFT packages to the
customer and pay the Salon Owner profit. This is a very powerful
concept.
• After the Salon Owner has seen your success with one or two
REVOLUTION – Client Demonstration Days … they will want to sign up in

even more profit on each sale.
