B. Enrollment
1) Hospitalization for ten or more days in Tokushima University Hospital
2) Eating more than 90% of served hospital foods
3) No significant infection, organ failure, gastrointestinal bleeding or malignancy

albumin and hemoglobin
concentration at A, B, C, and D were
performed.
2) Proteinuria was less than 30 mg/dl
by dipstick urine test.
3) Estimated glomerular filtration rate
