National Company Forum NGNEC Special Company Forum Regional NGNEC Forum Regional Company Forum Gauteng Central Western Region Eastern Region North Eastern Region Southern Region Central Region Purpose of Regional NGNEC Forum • To create mutually beneficial value exchanges and dialog between regional stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the regional NGNEC programme • The Regional NGNEC forum will be the vehicle for information sharing with regards to: – Regional NGNEC Rollout Plan – Progress feedback on rollout plan – Readiness level of regional divisions that will be dealing with NGNEC Rollout • Provide opportunity to identify, prioritise and give appropriate attention to the challenges that exist in relation to programme implementation and readiness Composition of Regional NGNEC structure • The Regional NGNEC structure will include the following stakeholders: – Employee Relations – Wholesale and Network Services (NFS.
