Match Report 7-a-side Tournament 9.2.16
On Tuesday 9th February 10 children from Year 5 attended a 7a-side tournament at Royal Holloway. There were four groups and
the winner and runner up on each group then went onto the
quarter finals. We all played really well and Mrs Barnes and Mr
Evans were proud of us all. With one game left to play we
realised we would not be going through the next round. Mrs
Barnes said “We can’t win our group – but we can win the last
game”. With that in mind we set out to get our first win of the
game. Titus and Troy both scored in that last match securing our
first win of the afternoon - we were all delighted.
