High Concept
The player as a cube. Moving by opening and closing the object. Dodging
several obstacles, while taking up the least amount of steps in order to achieve
a goal.
Features
 As the shape of an opened cube resembles a cross, the challenging part
about dodging obstacles is not to get blocked by the protruding fields of
the avatar.
 Customize your whole game-space by choosing out of a collection of
preset sounds, colors and backgrounds.
 Meet the challenge in the least steps as possible to climb the scoreboard or
challenge your friends to complete randomized levels as fast as possible.
 The game is easy to grasps and can be played anywhere and at anytime for
as long as the player wants.
 Playing experience is supported by catchy electronic beats to stimulate the
brain to meet the challenge at hand. Muting the music and listening to your
own tracks is also an option.
 Challenge increases as the player gets better through a dynamic level
generating process that takes the players skill into consideration.
 Create your own levels and share them with the online community. Or play
the content created by others.
 No obligation to stay online while playing and no lousy registration
required.

Design Goals
Simple: The game should be very simple and easy to grasp so that a lot of
people can enjoy “Qubay” anywhere and anytime.
Freedom: We want to give the player the freedom to get more involved into
the game, not just by playing it, but by contributing to it, through
customization and creations.
Challenging: Through a dynamic level generation that takes the players skill
into consideration, we want to make a pleasant experience to as many players
as possible without frustrating them too much or without giving them no
challenge at all.
