Invention of Sneakers
 U.S. Rubber Company invented sneakers around 1892. They were called Keds then.
 The next big development occurred in 1920s Germany where a soccer player,
Adolph (Adi) Dassler, founded a shoe company, Gebrüder Dassler. Today the company
has changed its name to adidas.
 Sneakers went mainstream in the US in 1984, when NBA star, Michael Jordan,put on
a pair of Nike sneakers. Air Jordan has become the most famous sneaker ever made.

University Blue color scheme. The shoe has similarities to
those Air Jordan 12s from back in 2004 that were dubbed,

the Air Jordan 11. The “72-10” concept is inspired by the
