When leaving woods or field, please remove flag, roll up and place on the planter. No firearms shall be left unattended on the property or loaded in the Clubhouse. Safe hunting practices will take precedent at all times. Carelessness, recklessness, or any other conduct, which may jeopardize anyone at any time, will not be tolerated. No new deer stands (Permanent or Portable) without first notifying the hunting chairman. SMALL GAME (Check State Digest for all State Regulations) The number of small game hunters has been divided into two teams (A and B). These teams will alternate hunting times on stocking days with one team hunting the early part of the day (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM) and the other team hunting the early part (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM) of the next stocking day. The following weekend, the teams will switch. After 11:00 AM the Small Game Hunting Area will be open to all hunters. This change applies to stocking days only. The teams have been set up but can be changed before the season starts and a schedule of hunting days will be posted in the clubhouse. When you sign in to hunt put your team ID (A or B) next to your name. There will be no Small Game Hunting during the months of November and December. All dogs must be fitted with a bell before hunting during Small Game Season to insure safety of the dog. All hunters must wear orange during pheasant hunting. NOTE: All birds must be properly tagged and recorded prior to leaving the CSC after each hunt. MISCELLANEOUS If there is a conflict on what to do if two hunters occupy stands that are too close: The hunter who is signed in first and has identified his location on the map will remain in his stand if he so chooses. The other hunter will relinquish his stand and find another location on the map that is not tagged or occupied. Situations like this can easily be avoided if everyone follows proper sign-in and map tagging procedures. Hunters are reminded that an infraction of these rules and regulations may result in suspension or loss of hunting privileges, and serious infractions may lead to actual dismissal from the Club. Concerns or questions may be addressed at the monthly Club meeting. Please note: NO GUESTS are permitted to Hunt, Target or Trap Shoot, etc. at any time. Copies of insurance and licenses must be provided prior to any hunting activity.
