Woollahra, Hotel Centennial invites you to enjoy the
luxurious spaces within the venue. Each space can be
adapted and configured to suit any style of corporate or
private event including network drinks, product launches
or post conference events.
Executive Chef Justin North has created a menu that
showcases a fresh take on modern comfort food, his
attention to detail and classically trained technique can
be seen in the quality of the menus available.
Hotel Centennial welcomes functions daily and our
experienced functions team are available to tailor events
that meet all of your needs & requirements.

THE HIGH TABLE
The High Table is our communal dining area, which can
accommodate up to 30 seated guests.
Situated in the Scarlett Lounge, the High Table can be
styled to suit any event. The table can be incorporated
with the Scarlett Lounge for a larger function space. This
unique space is perfect for product and media launches,
presentations, kitchen teas, birthdays and private events.
CAPACITY:
High Table – Up to 30 guests seated.
High Table & Scarlett Lounge – Up to 80 guests
(with a mixture of seating and standing space)

Shared 3 course menu: $ 75 per person
Shared 4 course menu: $ 95 per person

THE DINING ROOM
The Hotel Centennial Dining Room, with its elegant
interiors are complimented by contemporary
photography and custom made furnishings.
The comfortable space is designed to feel like a home
away from home and can be used for conferences,
weddings, christenings, product launches or
fundraising events.

Up to 96 guests seated or 300 guests standing.

If you decide to make exclusive use of the venue, invite
your guests for arrival drinks in the Oxford Rooms
followed by a meal prepared by our Executive
Chef Justin North.
For special morning tea or brunch events, we would
be delighted to open Hotel Centennial exclusively for
groups of 25 or more.
THE OXFORD ROOMS & SCARLETT LOUNGE
For medium to large scale events, the entire suite of Oxford
Rooms, which includes the Oxford Bar, Scarlett Lounge,
High Table and Oxford Foyer are available for exclusive hire.
The rooms have a total capacity of up to 150 guests and
access is either though the main Victoria Street entrance, or
private use of the ceremonial entrance on Oxford Street.
CAPACITY:
Up to 150 guests standing.

Seasonal canapé menu available on request.
PACKAGE A: Six bites: $ 50 per person
PACKAGE B: Eight bites: $ 65 per person

The rooms can be used for a range of events such as
cocktail parties, social gatherings, High Tea or pre-lunch
or dinner drinks. The rooms are fully equipped with audio
visual equipment including a large plasma screen for laptop
presentations, Wi-Fi and cordless microphone.

The Oxford Bar is an intimate space perfect for canapés
and cocktails. Whether you are impressing clients or
simply catching up with friends, this space is for you.
