- Appreciation Cards for patients to fill out
about hospital staff and reinforce positive
experience.
- Subgroup revised wording to make it more
patient friendly
- 2 drop off options:
(1) Box at nursing stations
(2) Give to recipient
- Ideas for card design: “U Caught Me”, “U
Caught Me Doing Something Great”, “Catch me
at my best”
- Place cards in accessible places such as
patient’s drawers, nurse’s station, & near
