Purpose
The Purpose of this role is to deliver Corona’s brilliant basics and ensure accelerated growth across
People, Customer and Profit through processes & projects.
Key Responsibilities
 Use a holistic view of Power to streamline processes, identify efficiencies and
continually drive process improvements
 Work collaboratively with numerous stakeholders (external third parties, project managers and
other departments) to support the delivery of growth across the business
 Use initiative to find and deliver value-added opportunities to support accelerated growth
 Co-ordinate and lead projects / new initiatives / identified opportunities
 Deliver a coherent contract strategy & commercialisation of any contracts
 Focus on Innovation and seek external inspiration to drive best practice and identify
opportunities to add value
 Accountable to the delivery of profit targets
 Manage the effective delegation of all scheduled tasks and activities
 Develop overall Power goals to deliver Company vision
 Demonstrate Motivational leadership, tenacity & a willingness to step in/assist where required
 Document and summaries any analytical findings with possible strategy suggestions
 Support the delivery of high quality back office core processes
 Work on system development where appropriate
 Ensure the customer experience is optimum and continually look at ways of improvement
 Effectively quantify and report performance
 Any other reasonable duties as requested by management
