2017 Auction Terms and Conditions
Bids Must be Postmarked or e-Mailed by July 31, 2017
The ISGC Auction is open to all ISGC members in good standing.

Auction listings will be available on the website and in El Quetzal.

Bidders:
1. If a lot receives only one bid, it will be sold at the minimum bid.
2. Lots are sold to the highest bidder at one increment over the next highest bid.
3. In case of ties, the bid that was received with the earliest recorded postmark (or email
date) will be the winner.
4. “Buy” bids and bids below the minimum bid level will not be accepted.
5. All bidding will be in US Dollars.
6. Lots failing to draw a bid will either be consigned to the next auction (at a lower
minimum bid) or returned to the consignor at their expense.
7. Payment for auction lots will be by checks drawn on a USA bank, Money Order or via
PayPal.
8. All winning bidders will receive an invoice with the lot numbers won, the amount of the
winning bids, shipping and insurance charges, and an ISGC 10% Commission. Lots will be
forwarded to the winner upon payment of the invoice, which must be paid within 10
days of receipt.
9. The auctioneer will determine the shipping and insurance charges for each winner, and
will endeavor to send the lots by the most secure and least expensive manner.
10. Auction results will be printed in El Quetzal following the sale.
