Controlling your Manager’s Access level
GotFootball gives Clubs the ability to control their manager’s access level to their Team
Account. When you create a new Team, as default the managers are restricted from
changing the Team’s basic information and adding or removing players, to give managers
access please follow the instructions below.
When you view a list of your Teams from the Club Account you will may notice padlock
symbols
● T
in the T and R columns, this means the team managers access has been locked.
means the managers cannot change the Team’s age group or name.
● R
means the managers cannot add or remove any players from the Team
Account.
To change a single team’s access level click on the Team’s name to go their Basic Setup
page.
Tick or untick the appropriate boxes and click the Save button.
You can also Lock or Unlock all your teams in bulk by clicking the buttons at the top of the
page.
