Preschool News / Reminders
• Love notes – Parents, please don’t forget to put special notes in your child’s lunch
boxes. These notes are truly treasured by the students and make their day.
• Grandparent’s Day celebration is Friday, Sept. 10th. The 2’s, 3’s & 4’s classes can have
their Grandparents join them anytime between 11:30 - 1:00 on that day. (The 1’s do not
invite Grandparents.)
• Fun with Fathers will be at 11:30 on the 29th. This is a very special event for the children
and we hope all Dads can make it so that no child is left out. Dads can take the child
with them after the event if they prefer. Fathers will do an activity with the child and
meet their friends and teachers and have some fun playing.
• We have a few spaces open in some of our classes. We also, have a few Tuesday slots
available for anyone in the 3’s or 4’s classes. If you know of someone who is interested in
sending their child to preschool, please contact Mrs. Cindy at 468-7529
• Pizza Day – Please do not forget to turn in your child’s pizza money. We are
encouraging parents to pay for one month, 6 months or for the whole year. This will
relieve much confusion and free up drop off time on Fridays. If you need the amounts
due for each plan, please let your teacher know.
• Student Pick –up – Parent’s are required to give the preschool teacher or Director
advance notice of any changes of who will be picking up their child. Please make sure
that you have notified the appropriate person BEFORE afternoon pick-up.
• Parent’s Night Out sign-up sheet is in the preschool hallway. This month’s night out is
Friday, September 10th from 6:00pm – 9:00pm. Fees are 5.00 per child.
