Vocabulary Study PowerPoint Rubric For each vocabulary word list assigned, you will create a PowerPoint slideshow to use as a study tool. One slide must be created for each vocabulary word on the assigned list. Slides are graded according to how well each meets the requirements. Each presentation is worth up to 5 points. All slides meet all requirements……....5 points Most slides meet all requirements…...4 points Some slides meet all requirements…..3 points Few slides meet all requirements…..…2 points Most slides contain numerous errors or are incomplete…………………….……….1 point Slide Requirements: A. Extra points available! Here’s how: Sometimes a word can function as more than one part of speech and, therefore, can have two or more very different meanings and uses. For each additional definition you find, create a new, fully complete slide. If done completely and correctly, each additional slide can earn you 1/2 point extra credit. These half points add up, not to mention, you’ll improve your understanding of the words we study and increase your vocabulary at the same time! Look at you go, Smarty Pants!
