Overview
This workshop highlights the importance of effective
price setting for fees and charges, with scope for
significant outcome improvements. It is a practical
workshop, and participants will apply the workshop
learnings to their council fees and charges. If
conducted in-house, and outcome can be developing
fees and charges for the future year(s), to undergo
peer review and review by MANEX, for eventual
potential sign-off for use.

On completion of the training, participants will be

setting, and scope for significant outcome

The facilitator will use group discussions, council
case studies and Local Government oriented
examples.
The course will include a practical exercise on
applying workshop learnings to council fees and
charges.

use at work and a small calculator to the session.
Facilitator
Narayan van de Graaff has 28 years’ experience in HR
and management consulting. For the last 16 years, he
has provided training solutions to around 80 NSW
councils in a very broad range of topics.
Narayan has delivered many workshops to councillors,
