Whale Watching - Aug to Nov
On our exciting Whale Watching Day Tour, we begin
by travelling along the beautiful False Bay coastal
route via Gordons Bay on the one side and majestic
mountains on the other side, towards Hermanus.
Hermanus is the world famous seaside resort where
Southern Right whales gather yearly to produce
their young. Awesome displays of courtship, lob
tailing and spy hopping can be seen as close as
metres from the shore. On our return we travel
through wheat fields, where you may spot blue
cranes (South Africa’s national bird) onto Caledon
and further through Elgin’s apple orchards and over
Sir Lowry’s Pass.
