Opening fee applies to all helicopter traffic.
Ambulance traffic, search and rescue and official Governor traffic is exempt.
A minimum of two hours per person on duty is applicable.
Opening fee is applicable for all openings. A fee is valid for up to five hours. After five hours
new fees apply.
