• Your presentation needs to be seen by those in the back of
the room
• Make sure your presentation is easy on the eyes
• Keep text to a minimum

• Our AV company utilizes a 16 x 9 slide format for projection.
• You can use your organization’s PPT template for the bulk of
your presentation (reset to 16 x 9) or the provided Quality
Conference template.
• If you use the Quality and Safety Conference template, most
slide types you need are built into this template. Select slide
format by using the drop down menu under “New Slide.”
