Notes to applicants:
1. Please read the procedures of submission to the One Stop Centre (OSC) as detailed in the Efficiency Unit’s homepage at
http://www.eu.gov.hk/
2. Please specify (a) the types and number of plans, documents and/or forms submitted for each application; and (b) the
corresponding authorities for referral in a covering letter or in the checklist below. Failure to submit the requisite sets of
documents and/or failure to specify the referral authorities will delay the referral process.
3. For Part I application, (a) the types of plans and the corresponding number of copies required; and (b) the relevant
authorities for referral have been pre-filled in the form in bold and red for your reference. Please make changes to these
items as appropriate for your application.
